Lonestar All-Stars to take on Mexican U-20 National Team

Several players from the Lonestar Soccer Club and Lonestar Academy at St. Stephen’s will be traveling across the border to San Francisco del Rincon, Mexico Feb. 8-12, 2007 to take part in a series of matches involving the U-20 Mexican National team, the Guanajuato State Select team, and two teams comprised of both Academy and Lonestar Soccer Club players.

The 2006 Fall Season was an exciting and rewarding time for our Lonestar girls teams. The Lonestar 96Red, coached by Aaron Metzger, and the 91 Blue, coached by Chris Brown are State Champions. JD Cochran's 91 Red beat Edmond SC in the final of the Texas Cup to be crowned Champions.

The Lonestar Boys 96 Red (Div I), 91 Blue (S2), and 91 Gold (D2) were crowned South Texas Fall State Champions. The 92 and 93 Red Boys qualified for Regionals through Region III Premier League play.
