As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization our volunteers are essential to the success of Lonestar Soccer Club.  Without volunteers we would not be able to hold successful events with increased fundraising potential by keeping costs down.  Each select soccer family is required to commit ten (10) hours during the year. Over ten (10) hours of volunteer time will not carry over to the 2017-2018 season. All Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.


There are many ways to complete your hours, below are some of the options you have:

Other Opportunities:

We have 3 great recreational programs that require Parent Volunteer Coaches and for each season you coach, we will award 5 hours of Volunteer time.


Our Jr. Academy Program requires a team manager and for each season you serve as team manager, we will award 5 hours of Volunteer time.


If an event shows all volunteer positions are full, contact Alba Mendoza to see if additional positions can be added.



Parents choosing not to volunteer are required to pay the 'Buy-Out Fee' of $125. Payment must be made upon signing commitment paperwork. Parents who do not opt to pay the $125 buy-out fee and do not fulfill the 10 hour requirement will be invoiced $150 at the end of the season.
