Open to all levels! Experience a guided vinyasa (flow), where we will melt away stress & give your body what it needs: strengthening, breathwork, detox and most of all, fun. If you are new to yoga or have ever been curious, this is your opportunity to explore. You will be guided through healthy alignment and shapes of basic poses with a focus on breath to build, or refine, a solid foundation for your personal practice. Expect to sweat & connect!
