Austin Labor Day Cup

August 29 - September 1, 2025

The Austin Labor Day Cup is an excellent opportunity for U8 -U19 girls & boys teams to prepare for their various fall competitions.

As a “tune-up” for the fall season and the start to a new soccer season, this will be your chance to evaluate new players and teams against stiff competition in the largest soccer tournament in Austin and the Central Texas area!

Event Overview

  • Dates: August 29 – September 1, 2025

  • Structure:

    • 3-day event

    • Championships: Monday, September 1

    • Local teams may play Friday night, August 29

  • Stay-to-Play Policy:
    Teams needing hotel rooms must book through On Location by Anthony Travel

  • Fees:
    No payment due at registration

  • Special Requests:
    Must be submitted through the online system by the deadline

Registration Fees

No fees are due at the time of registration. If you enter a credit card it will be securely stored in Got Sport and all credit cards will be processed when my team is accepted. 

Team Registration Fee

  • U8–U10 (7v7): $675

  • U11–U12 (9v9): $800

  • U13–U19 (11v11): $900

**Please note: Payment MUST be received no later August 15, 2025 in order for team(s) to be bracketed. If payment is not received, teams will not be bracketed and scheduled. If a team desires to pay by check, you must still put a card on file in order to complete the registration.

Please note: Lonestar Soccer Club has implemented a credit card and debit card convenience fee of 2.37% per transaction, which will be applied to all payments made using these payment methods. This fee aims to cover the costs associated with processing card transactions and maintaining a secure payment system.

GotSport Registration Instructions

  • Register using your official GotSport team account

  • Register with your spring season team age

  • GotSport automatically ages teams up on August 1 (based on oldest player’s birthdate)

  • Create an event roster in the application:

    • Add players, including guests

    • Add a coach — required for schedule requests

NEMP (Pflugerville) – 11v11 U13 Boys and up 

Onion Creek (South Austin) – 11v11 – U13 -U14 Girls

Town & Country (Austin) – 11v11 – U15 Girls and up

Williamson County Regional Park (Leander/Cedar Park) – 11v11 – U13B and up

Hotel & Travel Information

This is a Stay-to-Play event. All *out-of-town teams are required to book hotels through On Location by Anthony Travel. Detailed information is available on the tournament website. Failure to make arrangements with On Location by Anthony Travel will result in forfeiture of the registration fee and removal from the event.

I understand that if my team books hotels, we are required to secure hotel arrangements with On Location by Anthony Travel per the 2025 Austin Labor Day Cup Rules of Play. Contact information for On Location by Anthony Travel is available on the tournament website.

*Out of Town teams are defined as a team that is located over 80 miles from the event fields. Teams found to be out of compliance with this requirement will be dropped from the tournament and no refund will be provided.
