Bat City Cup

Event Details

• Friday December 5 – Sunday December 7, 2025.
• This is a STAY TO PLAY event. All out-of-town teams beyond an 80-mile radius from the designated soccer fields. We’ve partnered with Anthony Travel (On Location) to help your team book a hotel in the area. Teams are asked to make arrangements with Anthony Travel. Failure to make arrangements with Anthony Travel will result in forfeiture of the registration fee and removal from the event.
• Games will be played at various locations in the Austin Metro Area.
• Friday night games may occur for local teams.
• Any special schedule requests must be made through the schedule request link and the deadline must be met to be considered.

• Friday, November 14 –  Deadline to register
• Friday, November 14 – Team Acceptance Begins & Tournament Fees Due (Credit Cards processed/Check deadline)** 
• Monday, November 17 – Schedule Request Deadline
• Monday, November 17 – Bracketing Begins
• Friday, November 28 – Preliminary Schedule Posted (UPDATED)
• Tuesday, December 2 – Final Schedule Posted (UPDATED)
• Monday, December 1 – Roster Freeze – Online Check in Due
• Friday, December 5 – Potential matches for local teams
• Saturday, December 6 – Group Play Matches
• Sunday, December 7 – Group Play/Championships

**Please note: Payment MUST be received by the due date in order for team(s) to be bracketed. If payment is not received, teams will not be bracketed and scheduled. If a team desires to pay by check, you must still put a card on file in order to complete the registration. Email us at tournaments@lonestar-sc.com to inquire other payment options.
