At the age of sixteen, Bryan De La Paz moved from Ecuador to the United States, bringing with him a deep-rooted passion for football. As a former player with professional experience in Ecuador, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and the U.S., Bryan developed a global perspective on the game that now shapes his work as a coach. His career on the field includes time with top youth and professional clubs such as CS Emelec, Boca Juniors, and Paysandu, as well as collegiate soccer at Saint Leo University and UPSL competition with Texas FC.
