12G Team wins ECNL-RL League Cup

12G Red wins the ECNL-RL cup

The Lonestar 12G ECNL-RL team is celebrating a major achievement after capturing the ECNL-RL League Cup this past weekend. Their journey to the championship began with a thrilling 4-2 win over 12G Solar ECNL-RL in the semifinals, which earned them a spot in the final against 12G Sting Black ECNL-RL. On November 3rd, the girls delivered an impressive 3-0 victory in the final, clinching the League Cup championship and securing an automatic qualification to the ECNL-RL Playoffs – South.

 “This is a huge accomplishment for the team,” Coach Jackie Pope continued. “Winning the League Cup is a testament to the dedication and commitment of these players. Now, we’re looking forward to the next challenge as we prepare for the ECNL-RL Playoffs and continue pushing for more success.”

The victory reflects the tremendous progress the team has made throughout the season. With Coach Pope and Coach Tom Shortland at the helm, the Lonestar 12G ECNL-RL team has grown in both confidence and skill. “This team has really come together, and their collective effort has been incredible to watch,” said Coach Tom. “We have a lot of talented players on this team, and we’re excited about what lies ahead.”

The success in the League Cup is just the beginning for the Lonestar 12G ECNL-RL team as they now turn their attention to the ECNL-RL Playoffs – South. With a solid foundation and an incredible sense of teamwork, the future looks bright for these young athletes.
