Austin, TX — Lonestar Soccer Club is excited to announce a new partnership with St. Andrew’s Episcopal School, nationally renowned as one of the top independent private schools in the country. This collaboration between St. Andrew’s Athletic Director, Thomas Sale, and executive leadership from Lonestar Soccer Club represents a shared commitment to providing the highest-quality training environments for youth athletes in Austin.
St. Andrew’s is currently undergoing major campus renovations aimed at elevating its athletic infrastructure to national standards. The upgrades include new training facilities and performance spaces, such as a modernized weight room, underscoring the school’s dedication to excellence both academically and athletically. This ambition aligns closely with Lonestar’s vision of offering players access to the best natural grass fields and training conditions in the region.
“We are proud to partner with an institution like St. Andrew’s, which shares our passion for excellence and long-term development,” said Tommy St. John, Lonestar’s Executive Director. “Partnerships and relationships are vitally important to Lonestar Soccer Club, and we feel that St. Andrew’s shares the same vision when it comes to supporting student-athletes.”
The new partnership secures access to two elite 11v11 natural grass fields beginning this August for the 2025–2026 season. The Lonestar Girls & Boys National Program will now have the space and on-site resources to develop and perform at a high level. This access opens the door for expanded programming, elevated training environments, and enhanced player development opportunities. These high-quality fields offer an excellent setting for both training and competition for our pre-professional teams—USL League Two, USL W, and National Programs.
Families will receive full training schedules and location details once teams are formed following tryouts.
