Biography

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, RJ competed in both soccer and tennis at Otterbein University, where his passion for sport and team development truly began. Over the past six years, he has coached youth athletes at FC Sarasota and the prestigious IMG Academy in Florida, helping players grow both on and off the field.

His coaching philosophy centers on building a positive, nurturing environment where young athletes can develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. Raymond is passionate about using soccer as a tool to inspire, mentor, and support the next generation—not just as players, but as people.
